I have worked in retail development and real estate for almost twenty years and have a in depth understanding of the development process from site selection, contract negotiations, due diligence and all the way through construction.

I also have a passion for working with cities and city leadership to help them improve their tax base, retail opportunities, job creation and overall quality of life by helping to grow and sustain a cities retail profile.

My goal when working with cities is to educate city leadership about the development process, market key real estate to likely retailers, explore ways to enhance a cities unique downtown identity while also expanding its national retail profile.
