Adi Hepner is a passionate nonprofit professional committed to growing existing nonprofit organizations through strategic planning, fundraising, and smart programming.
She runs a full-service fundraising and nonprofit management consulting initiative offering counsel on a wide range of fundraising services inclusive but not limited to: capital campaigns, direct mail, major gifts, fundraising events, strategic planning, board development and more.
Previously, Adi was Senior Development Director for Friends of Sheba Medical Center, using strategic fundraising strategy to aid the organization in saving countless lives in Israel and abroad. Prior that, Adi worked as the Development Executive at American Friends of Magen David Adom providing key strategic support and raising funds for blood services and Israel's ambulance and emergency system.
Adi is an innovative, self driven, creative individual with a passion for growing existing non-profit organizations and creating new ways to strengthen both resource and donor development. She received her MSW with a focus in Non Profit Management from the University of Michigan, School of Social and her Bachelors Degree from UC San Diego.
She currently sits on the board of the Intiwasi School and was the 2015 Honored Hero for the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America.
Adi lives in Los Angeles, California with her husband, Boaz Hepner, a nurse at St. John's and their son and daughter. She enjoys hiking, singing, and traveling.
