Adrienne Fredericks is a freelance social media consultant and strategist with a flair for the finer details. She has extensive experience within this field and has worked with companies such as RedBull, Remgro and RLabs in creating suited content for various audiences.

Adrienne, is also the founder and managing director of Enjoy Your Life, a social enterprise that aims to encourage youth to live everyday on and with purpose. Enjoy Your Life is an apparel and lifestyle brand that aims to encourage individuals to live life to its fullest and intentionally. She is also often invited as a speaker or facilitator with a very strong focus on girls and education.

Her passion for equipping women has also led her to be a founding member of the RLabs Women initiative by RLabs, a global organisation having worked in 23 countries and reached more than 12.5 Million people. In her capacity at RLabs she was also a key team member who worked on the prestigious GROW Leadership Academy programme that equipped more than 1,000 youth in both South Africa and Tanzania. Her work with RLabs has allowed her to support scale of its digital properties, social media accounts and online presence. Adrienne through her love for digital media and radio also supported the launch of RLabs Radio and she co-founded a new digital audio platform “CatchUp” that is currently being piloted by the BBC World Service.

Adrienne is also a 2019 Mandela Washington Fellow Alumni. She participated in this 7 week leadership in Public Administration Fellowship at The Maxwell School of Syracuse University.

She was also the founder of STAND OUT a youth initiative that empowered, inspired and created opportunities for like-minded young people enabling them to share their life changing experiences. Through STAND OUT hundreds of young people have been inspired to make better life decisions and given access to opportunities that directly led to improvement of their lives. Adrienne has done extensive work with organizations such as Sanlam, University of Cape Town, BBC, Accenture and the Western Cape Department of Social Development.
