Ahmed aims to drive a meaningful shift in how next-generation technologies elevate living experiences across the Egyptian and regional markets in the near future, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences -particularly for VIP, Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW), and High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients.

He built his expertise from the ground up through hands-on, on-site execution and close collaboration with UHNW and HNW owners of villas and palaces within Egypt’s ultra-luxury gated communities, alongside consultants, contractors, and smart home integrators. This journey shaped a customer-first mindset rooted in direct client interaction, where every decision is evaluated through its present or long-term impact on the customer. Along the way, he developed strong execution discipline and operational rigor. A proven leader in FTTH support within ultra-luxury gated communities of Egypt, NOC operations, and complex multi-vendor ecosystems, he brings a leadership approach grounded in building and working with high-performing teams.

He currently serves as Smart Cities Design Manager at Tatweer Misr, one of Egypt’s leading real estate developers, with a distinguished portfolio of major developments including IL Monte Galala, Fouka Bay, Bloomfields, and other prominent destinations across Egypt.

In his current role, Ahmed contributes to leading and developing smart city infrastructure designs and solutions, with a focus on smart systems integration and digital infrastructure within modern residential communities.

Prior to joining Tatweer Misr, Ahmed held technical and leadership positions at Palm Hills, Orange Egypt and CITYSTARS, gaining extensive experience across telecommunications, digital infrastructure, FTTH,
