Dr. Aiman Hamdan has built a nearly two-decade career as an interventional cardiologist. Through his former Paterson, New Jersey, practice and other medical facilities in the state, he has cared for tens of thousands of patients with cardiovascular disease. Dr. Aiman Hamdan has earned board certification from nine US medical boards, and maintains standing as a fellow of the American College of Cardiology, the American College of Hospital Physicians, and the Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions.
Outside of his responsibilities caring for patients. Dr. Hamdan has shared his knowledge with aspiring cardiologists as an educator at higher-learning institutions in New York and New Jersey. Currently, he serves as an assistant professor at Seton Hall University, where he has worked since 2002.
Dr. Aiman Hamdan has additionally made a consistent effort over the course of his career to expand knowledge in the field of cardiology. His work dates back to 1999, when he presented findings concerning Q-T dispersion and spontaneous coronary dissection at the CHEST Annual Meeting. More recently, research he coauthored related to cardiac sequelae in HIV patients and the role of infective endocarditis in acute myocardial infarction appeared in the pages in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology and the American Journal of the Medical Sciences.
