As the managing partner with 97 Land Company, LLC, Aimee Bissett provides consultancy services for a variety of land development and real estate projects. She leads a skilled staff in performing comprehensive feasibility analyses, which include a review of relevant zoning and building regulations in addition to an evaluation of local commercial and political activity that can impede or aid in the success of construction. Relatedly, Aimee Bissett provides clients with economic development support, including a matrix for facility selection and an analysis of potential sites.

Once a project begins, Ms. Bissett provides clients with structure in the form of project management and strategy. This includes the development of a comprehensive timeline with relevant goals and milestones in addition to critical path elements. At the same time, Aimee Bissett serves each project as a primary point of contact between clients and a variety of third parties, including government agencies and real estate services providers.

Ms. Bissett comes to her work as a certified economic developer (CEeD) and graduate of the International City Management Association’s Mid-Career Management Institute. An alumna of The University of Texas at Arlington with an MPA, she draws on 15 years of experience in development.
