Akhmed Belalov is a well - known political figure and entrepreneur of international importance.The entrepreneurial activity of Akhmed Bilalov developed rapidly, at 22 he became SeniorEconomist and Head of the Credit Department of the Leningrad Regional Bank, at 24 he wasalready the CEO of a financial company, and at the age of 27 - the founder of an oil tradingcompany.

In 1999, Akhmed Bilalov started his successful political career. In 1999-2003 Bilalov waselected the MP of the State Duma of the Russian Federation of the third convocation on thegeneral federal list the electoral bloc of the interregional movement “Unity". In 2003-2007 Akhmed Bilalov was elected as MP of the State Duma of the Russian Federation of the fourthconvocation from the regional branch of the party "United Russia" in the Krasnodar Territory.

In July 2007, the city of Sochi has been named the capital of the XXII Winter Olympic Games. InDecember Akhmed Bilalov was elected as Deputy Speaker of the Legislative AssemblyKrasnodar Territory from the United Russia fraction and took an active part in the coordination ofthe law "On the organization and holding of the XXII Olympic Games and XI Winter ParalympicGames 2014 in the city of Sochi.” In 2010 - 2012 he was a senator from the Krasnodar Territory.
