I'm a Senior Technology Consultant at Boston College University Libraries. As an IT consultant, I provide the Library administration with services and solutions from the Information Technology Services division, leading and working with a broad range of library constituents in the ongoing planning and implementation of information technologies that supports the University’s core missions. My responsabilities also include to manage and support all libraries public computing and printing services, and the desktop infrastructure throught all the libraries.
During my time at Boston College, I've received a BA in Corporate Systems and MBA in Information Technology Management.
Prior to joining Boston College, I attended Cisco's Networking Academy where I received my CCNA training, and worked in the communications and networking startups in my home country of Venezuela.
