Alexander Pobedinsky

As vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary for Coyne International Enterprises Corp. in Syracuse, New York, Alexander “Alex” Pobedinsky oversaw all litigation, compliance, and employment matters for a 1,800-member team. He developed a complete workforce strategy program that included collective bargaining negotiations for 800 union-represented employees. Successful in developing and implementing a comprehensive labor costing model while maintaining positive workforce relations, Alexander Pobedinsky achieved consensus and cooperation between management and local union leaders.

Also responsible for negotiating corporate refinancing agreements, Alex Pobedinsky secured funding from such capital groups as Wells Fargo, Bank of America, and Goldman Sachs. Collaborating with consultants and auditors, he dealt with processes ranging from valuations and lender presentations to due diligence. He completed these processes while overseeing all human resources procedures, including more than $1 million in weekly payroll.

Alexander Pobedinsky joined the team at Coyne International after successful service as a partner in the Syracuse law firm of O'Hara, Hanlon, Knych, and Pobedinsky, LLP. There, he oversaw corporate transactions, litigation and the firm's focus on labor law, antitrust disputes, and related matters.
