I am a driven strategic leader; a calm and concise communicator, known for unpicking complex scenarios, joining the dots, collaborating, influencing beyond authority, and finding answers for - often undefined - business challenges as well as asking new questions and bringing in new ideas. I enjoy resolving complex issues and have had scope to be creative and find unexpected solutions to challenges. I prefer logical and analytical approaches and adapt to change and challenges quickly and intuitively.
