Aliana Soto has been in IT for over 10 years in the software development space. She started at Lehman Brothers working on projects for global capital markets. She worked on both fixed income and equity technology projects delivering web-based solutions to grow the business and provide senior management revenue reporting for managers, clients and sales.

Her most recent role at JPMorgan Chase was a VP managing a global QA team and a national BA team within Escrow Technology. Her team worked closely with sales, client service, operations, finance, tax, risk and compliance to deliver comprehensive solutions to not only support the business but drive growth and opportunities.

She is currently a Senior in the Financial Services Office focusing in Financial Markets for Ernst & Young. She consults with clients working onsite with them to transform their finance organizations through technology to compete in the global market.

Aliana enjoys giving back to her community and has served in a variety of capacities in non-profits throughout NYC as well as through internal employee networks. She has been a member of the New York Urban League Young Professionals serving them in many capacities including mentoring, fundraising, value proposition, growing and retaining membership, scholarship committee, and creating a new ambassador initiative.

She currently is the Chair for the Connect for Young Professionals Group under The National Hemophilia Foundation. A group of young professionals committed to bringing resources, advocating and outreaching for the bleeding disorder community. She also currently serves as a Board Member for the New York City Hemophilia Chapter. Where she is leading volunteer engagement initiatives and focusing on reaching the Latino community of NYC.

Aliana is a proud living donor, after donating her kidney to her dad in 2014, it is still the most rewarding experience of her life.
