Since 2013, Allen Arseneau has served as the president of NELSA, Inc., a start-up company that sells consumer products that make day-to-day life easier for seniors. Before starting the company, Allen Arseneau served as the vice president of operations with JOIGA, where he was the liaison between American customers and Chinese factories.

The position with JOIGA gave Allen Arseneau significant familiarity with the processes by which start-up companies create products in a competitive environment, as he helped many startups use the manufacturing power of China to get their goods manufactured, packaged, and shipped at competitive rates with well-established businesses. Prior to JOIGA, Mr. Arseneau worked as a manufacturing process engineer in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.

Away from work, Allen Arseneau works with Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of Massachusetts Bay. As part of BBBS, which pairs mentors with children, he spends about 10 hours per month mentoring his 8-year-old Little Brother. Mr. Arseneau most enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, and together they enjoy hiking and camping.
