Allen Fitzsimmons stands out as the founding CEO of asset sales company Transitioning Forward, an appraisal and sales service for those entering a new phase of life. Focused primarily on client and partnership relations, he handles all new client meetings and follow-up activities as well as regular communication with existing clients. Allen Fitzsimmons also connects on a regular basis with local realtors and attorneys, who then introduce Transitioning Forward to clients in need of such a service. He has led the company since its inception in 2013 and continues to drive its growth, backed by a bachelor’s degree in economics as well as a master's degree in marketing.

An active individual in his free time, Allen Fitzsimmons stands out as a competitive tennis player. He competed as a student at the University of Rochester and has earned his instructor certification through the U.S. Professional Tennis Association (USPTA). A tennis pro at clubs for more than 10 years, he is an avid hiker and cyclist, as well. Further, he is an enthusiastic student of the guitar and has been a jazz trumpet player since his youth.
