Alvina Mitchell heads Mitchell Tax Professionals, LLC, which provides tax savings solutions that take into consideration the diverse situations of individual clients. Ms. Mitchell’s professional experience extends to more than a decade with Security Pacific National Bank in operations management roles. Overseeing teller lines, she ensured that accounts were balanced and scheduling requirements fulfilled. She also earned distinction as one of the first African American professionals to undertake underwriting within the bank's loan department.

Over the years, Ms. Mitchell has guided a number of businesses including Alvon Mortgage Loans, The Hair Secrets, and an investment firm. A fitness enthusiast, she works out five days a week and regularly enjoys roller skating at rinks in Cerritos and Northridge.
