With an interest in improving teaming, innovation cultures and learning, Aman worked in the consulting sector (both traditional and progrssive) for 17+ years, and led projects ranging from learning strategic design, facilitating co-learning journeys, improving processes and ways of work, organisational excellence, digital transformation, and capacities building.

Aman developed a deep understanding for the social dynamics and how change impacts them, recognizing that most of the dominant approaches need a reflective effort and systemic alternatives, especially in the face of complexity.
