With over 14 years’ experience working within the Middle East, Asian and European markets, Amerah has the ability to critically understand how to develop bespoke business processes to develop world-class organizational culture and enhance profitable growth. Competent in business modeling, strategy formulation & implementation, transformational leadership, analysis, planning, measurement and management she has previously led the operational and strategic HR policies whilst also implementing the shared services model for earlier organizations. Amerah is currently the Founder and Senior Principal associated with MasterMinds Consulting Group, London and GCC, a consultancy focused on transformational leadership, HR management, and organizational and strategic development. Amerah holds a PhD from the City Of Westminster University & Canterbury Christ Church University in the Methodology of Philosophy in Business, commissioned by the Prentice Hall for Financial Times. She has a keen interest in health & fitness, including yoga.
