Mr. Ananth has held key leadership roles that drove organizational growth and operational excellence. As Director of Shri Shiv Shakthi Constructions, he oversaw industrial and residential development projects, including factory works for major clients such as MRF Tyres. He also served as Director of Prakruthi Paints, a paint manufacturing company known for customized coatings for construction and industrial applications. Subsequently, he founded and directed Vest Constructions, a technical services firm providing engineering estimation and back-end support for U.S.-based construction companies. These ventures demonstrate his ability to establish, manage, and successfully mature complex projects with professionalism and strategic foresight.

Beyond business, Mr. Ananth is actively engaged in sports and youth development. He is a partner at Raj Badminton Academy and a former ATP-accredited tennis referee, recognized for his fairness, discipline, and commitment to the growth of athletes.
