AI Future Council Member at the Swiss Future Institute.

I founded AUGMANITAI to explore how working with AI can change the way we think, create and make decisions. What interests me most is what happens after the conversation: when an idea becomes something people can use, question or build on.

My recent writing follows that question into the real world: preserving a founder’s judgement in Private Wealth Voices, making AI-supported board papers understandable at SwissBoardForum, examining missing evidence in CXO Boardroom, and tracing changing definitions in KM Insider. The connection is practical: keeping experience, meaning and responsibility visible as more work passes between people and intelligent systems.

Alongside that writing, I develop terminology and ontologies for human–AI collaboration, including agents and robotics. My individual Internet-Draft on human oversight is published in the IETF repository. I also participate in three W3C Community Groups working on knowledge representation, agent memory interoperability and agent conformance. My registration for planned DIN committee work on NLP and AI trustworthiness is confirmed; formal admission is pending. The draft is an individual proposal, not an adopted standard.

The same curiosity takes me into performance development, learning, visual art and AI-generated film. I want to build a body of work that connects these fields and gives people a clearer language for what they are experiencing with AI.

Before AUGMANITAI, my work included research and teaching at the University of Bayreuth and TU Dortmund, qualitative and quantitative methods, and more than two decades of performance coaching. Those experiences still shape the questions I ask: what changes in practice, what carries over, and what is worth keeping?
