New York attorney Andrew Barovick brings more than 25 years of legal experience to his position at Alegria & Barovick, LLP. Since 2013, he and his partner have served clients in a variety of cases, including those in medical malpractice, negligence, property damage, and criminal defense. As a plaintiff’s attorney, Andrew Barovick provides clients with specialized legal representation to ensure that all cases are presented in the strongest possible manner. He came to this role with more than 20 years of experience at private law firms and the Office of the Queens County District Attorney after earning his juris doctor from the Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University.
As a legal authority, Andrew Barovick was invited to sit on a 2010 medical malpractice discussion panel by the student organization at Weill Cornell Medical College and founded the New York Medical Malpractice Law Blog. He maintains memberships with several legal organizations, including the Westchester Bar Association and the White Plains Bar Association. Since 2007, Mr. Barovick has sat on the Medical Malpractice Committee of the New York City Bar, where he has written and taught continuing legal education courses.
