New Jersey-based chef Andrew Mazza has diverse experience with several local restaurants. From 2015 to 2019, he served as a sous chef with Eat Clean Bro, a meal service that provides healthy, fresh, and nutritious meals for delivery and pick-up. In addition to developing menu items, Andrew Mazza managed 30 employees, oversaw photos shoots, and supervised the production of more than 20,000 meals weekly for the Freehold, New Jersey company.
Previously, Mr. Mazza worked for the food truck Seoul Fusion, utilizing his training in classical Korean cooking to create menu items and cater private parties. Currently, he is working to develop Stay Baked, a company that will offer CBD-infused food items.
A graduate of St. John Vianney High School, Andrew Mazza played for the school’s Lancers hockey team. He received an associate of arts in culinary arts from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. In addition to hockey, his interests include tattoos and motorcycles.
