Annegott Al-Arqam

I'm Annegott Alarqam, a medical student, entrepreneurial visionary, and operations strategist passionate about the intersection of neurology, neurotechnology, and advanced innovations such as Virtual Reality (VR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). With over seven years of cross-sector experience, I’ve served as Operations Manager for several successful medical and technology companies in Tripoli, Libya — including Siemens and Genoray — where I led initiatives that advanced innovation, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Currently, I’m establishing my own Operations and Development business team, dedicated to building and scaling high-impact projects across medical, educational, and technological fields.

My interests extend beyond medicine and technology into the medical research field, where I explore neurological mechanisms and develop tech-driven solutions that enhance healthcare and human performance. I’m also deeply passionate about international communication and relations, aspiring to become polylinguistic and to bridge cultures through knowledge, collaboration, and innovation.
