Welcome! If you've stopped by, it's likely because you share my interest (or curiosity) in the world of leadership development, enhancing the human experience at work (a.k.a. employee engagement), and the realm of learning and development. My passion lies in partnering with leaders to craft cultures where people not only survive but thrive.

Currently, I'm fortunate to be part of the Skoll Foundation—a remarkable organization. If you'd like to delve into the details of my professional journey, feel free to explore my career history on LinkedIn.

Now, let's dive into some exciting highlights:

  • 2023 Top 10 Black Women to Watch | CIO Views - Profile Spotlight
  • 2022 Top HR Executives to Watch | CIO Views - Profile Spotlight
  • 2012 Top 100 Women of Influence - Silicon Valley

You can also catch some of my insights on Senior Executive Magazine, the Forbes HR Council, where I have the privilege of contributing to the evolving field that places a greater emphasis on people and culture. As a member of the Conference Board - HR Council, I stay actively engaged in shaping these critical discussions.

Much of my career has been dedicated to the important domain of diversity and inclusion. In 2016, I lent my voice to a Wall Street Journal article discussing the challenges women of color face in breaking through the glass ceiling in executive leadership roles, as well as potential solutions. It's a topic I'm never short of words on, and I continue to share my perspectives at various conferences.

This provides you with a glimpse into who Annalisa is. On a personal note, I have a knack for roller skating, and you'll often find me gliding on my quads.

That's about the sum of it. Ciao!
