Anthony Courcy

Anthony Courcy is a general manager and training coach at KFC Restaurants in Clay, New York. In this position he is responsible for hiring and training managers in 15 New York stores and ensuring that transitions in management proceed smoothly. Concurrent to his training responsibilities, Anthony Courcy oversees operations at a dual brand KFC/Taco Bell location. There, he has increased total revenue from $3.1 to $3.4 million per year, while decreasing both food and personnel costs and maintaining compliance with OSHA and local health and safety codes.

Prior to his current employment, Anthony Courcy served as store manager and director of operations at Koinonia Organic Juice Bar and Cafe in Fayetteville, New York. This position required him to recruit, train, and manage staff. He also developed the cafe’s menu and administered payroll. He has previously held management positions with Hilton Hotels and Ruby Tuesdays. He holds a degree in hotel and restaurant management from Paul Smith College.
