Anthony Foster

I am a Baker currently living in Sawley. My interests range from baking to gardening. I am also interested in Archery. I’ve got experience in working in retail and wholesale bakery’s. One of many things I find interesting about baking is manipulating the elements such as flower, water and yeast to make all different types of bread with the additional hand shaping to help form the loaf but when removing the yeast and adding milk, sugar, egg,baking powder and vanilla something light and golden that smalls amazing comes out as a solid and goes in as liquid. Which is why I love baking since it’s interesting but also therapeutic on my mind helps to destress and unwind.
