An experienced psychiatrist, Dr. Antonio Bullon balances his schedule between roles as an assistant professor at Harvard Medical School and as a medical director at the MetroWest Medical Center. He leads the neuropsychiatry unit for geriatric patients at MetroWest and trains student physicians completing their rotations at Harvard. In addition, Dr. Antonio Bullon treats patients at Mount Auburn Hospital, located in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
He is a member of the Peruvian American Medical Society and the American Academy of Psychoanalysis and Dynamic Psychiatry. In addition, Dr. Antonio Bullon travels to Peru twice a year to offer humanitarian aid at the Comisión de Salud Mental de Ayacucho (Mental Health Commission of Ayacucho). He also serves as the senior clinical consultant for the Community Mental Health Initiative, a Partners in Health collaborative between clinics in Boston, Massachusetts, and Lima, Peru.
Dr. Antonio Bullon pursues a number of activities in his leisure time, which range from watching the Boston Celtics compete in the NBA playoffs to experiencing new cultures and cuisines. He also enjoys reading poetry by Pablo Neruda, and his favorite collection of work is Ode to Common Things.
