Artan Dulaku (born May 30, 1965, in Tirana, Albania) is a prominent Albanian entrepreneur and the founder of "Concord Investment." Over the past decade, he has established himself as one of the most successful business figures in Albania.

"Concord Investment" has made significant investments across various key industries, including construction, tourism, hospitality, media, internet services, real estate, and retail. Notable companies under the group include Edil AL-IT, Vizion Plus, Tring, Albanian Motor Company, Food Trade Conad Albania, and the 5-star Melia Durres Hotel in partnership with MELIA Hotels International. The group employs over 2,000 people and manages assets exceeding 1 billion euros.

Dulaku completed his studies in Economics, specializing in Statistics, at the University of Tirana. After graduating as one of the top students, he served as a lecturer at the Faculty of Economics from 1987 to 1990. He later pursued a Master's degree in Marketing in the UK.

In addition to his business ventures, Dulaku is married to Holta Dulaku, a renowned producer known for organizing popular Albanian TV shows such as Dancing with the Stars and Ferma VIP. They have two children, a daughter named Nikol and a son named Noah.
