"An artist must be free to choose what he does, certainly, but he must also never be afraid to do what he might choose. "
-Langston Hughes -

An only child, I came from a single parent household, but the friends I came to grow up with became my brothers and sisters. I gravitate towards people I people that are genuinely Driven, Self-Aware and Open to new experiences.

In 2012 I was honored with the RAW: Natural Born Artists Colorado Springs 'Artist of the Year', UCCS Campus Auxillaries Award for Excellence in Fine Arts, and the addition of my artwork to the UCCS permenent collection.

I recieved a bachelor’s degree in Visual and Performing Arts from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in may of 2013 . I plan to attend graduate school and continue my journey of Artistic Inquiry & Expression, combining my developed talents with the ingenuity and talent of those in my network to create a brand that leads to successful business ventures.

So far in 2013 I have had my 2nd solo exhibit( Black Testament), a full page story in the Gazzette Newspaper, and an award in recognition as 'Colorados Talented Ten' from the African American Voice Newspaper.

Please follow me and share in my journey. Feel free to Contact me as well with any comments, helpful advice, opportunities or for artwork.

The harder you try, the better chance you have of success...Success is not an option for those who never try. Beyond trying is deciding...and I've decided to be successful. See you on the other side
