Ashwani Muppasani

Drawing on more than two decades of experience in areas ranging from coaching to negotiation, Ashwani Muppasani most recently served as the vice president of operations and quality for the Americas at TE Connectivity's Automotive Division. In this position, Ashwani Muppasani helped streamline logistics processes, increase efficiency, and attain high productivity margins.
Prior to his work with TE Connectivity, Ashwani Muppasani served as executive vice president of Ohorizons Global, Inc. His background also includes several successive positions at General Motors. Initially joining the automotive manufacturer in 1995 as a senior manufacturing engineer, he went on to distinguish himself as a two-time winner of the prestigious General Motors Transformers Award.
Mr. Muppasani holds a master's degree in industrial engineering from Wichita State University and a bachelor's degree in industrial and production engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology in India. Active in his field, he belongs to the manufacturing organization SME.
