Hector Martinez (Attorney, Cleveland)

The founder and owner of The Martinez Firm in Willoughby, Ohio, Hector Martinez works alongside attorney Leslie S. Johns to provide a range of criminal defense and personal-injury legal services. The firm offers special expertise in the field of DUI/OVI representation. Mr. Martinez’s other areas of practice include white-collar criminal cases, computer and Internet criminal cases, fraud and embezzlement cases, assault charges, drug charges, and sex offenses. When he isn’t working directly with clients, he does his part to educate fellow legal professionals by presenting seminars on topics such as criminal defense strategies and new OVI perspectives before organizations such as the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Lake County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
