Currently, serving as VP clinical operations at Health Heal and spearheading clinical operations and operations where he's working on to ensure clinically competent and quality healthcare at home. Have developed systems to generate the real-time data through simple reporting applications and now he is the key adviser to the care management system being developed by Health Heal.
Basava was working with Health Heal as Branch Head in Pune. While taking
the responsibility of Pune branch he has worked on nursing processes, recruitment and establishing nursing services and collaborating with international organizations to deliver quality home healthcare services to the community.
Prior to joining to Health Heal, he was in Canada to further nursing career. While qualifying for Canadian Registered Nurse Exam, he was hired as Clinical Instructor for Canadian International Career College, Toronto. Where he has designed, developed and taught Physical Assessment, Advanced Pharmacology, and nursing procedures for Internationally Educated Nurses and Canadian nurses. Students were from different countries and he has been marked by his students in terms of his ability to simplify the complex subjects.
Basava is identified for problem-solving skills and extensive experience in healthcare delivery has helped a couple of his friends in setting up home health care business in Canada.
Basava has worked as the Principal of Vaidyanath Institute of Nursing in Parli - Vaijnath, Maharashtra.
Basava has worked in Vaatsalya Healthcare Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore, Karnataka for two years as a Nursing supervisor for a hospital within few months, he was taken into the transition team, in transition team he helped Vaatsalya to acquire three brownfield projects, he made the transition easy by creating efficient processes, which shortened the time of acquisition.
Basava, for short time, worked as Critical Care Nurse in Yashoda Hospital Hyderabad and Clinical Instructor in Mumbai before joining Vaatsalya.
Basava is a part-time blogger and poet, have written extensively in three languages.
