BJ Turner is the founder and serves as principal of Dunleer, LLC. Since 2014, Dunleer has overseen the acquisition of nearly three dozen assets spanning multifamily and multi-tenant industrial properties in highly sought after Southern California submarkets.. Dunleer prides itself on a highly focused investment thesis and it's "sharp-shooter" strategy where the firm only acquires assets in locations where it has differentiated and superior market intelligence.

Dunleer seeks out opportunities where it can add value and reposition sub-institutional assets in submarkets with favorable supply and demand dynamics. One example is a recently completed Hollywood fully furnished apartment product, designed for tenant stays of 6 months or longer. Offering relative affordability compared to ultra-luxe apartments in the area, Dunleer incorporated designer finishes and fully stocked kitchens, as well as state-of-the-art security systems. BJ Turner maintains an active industry presence via his involvement with the Urban Land Institute and other industry organizations. He holds an MBA from Cornell University and is licensed through the California Department of Real Estate.
