Ben Smith is a proven sales leader with over 15 years’ experience across the financial services industry - specifically in the payments industry (including FinTech). Working for companies in both London and Sydney, he has held senior management roles in organisations across a variety of sectors including credit cards, foreign exchange, global payments and EFTPOS. These companies have varied in size from innovative start-up to publicly listed multi-national.
Specialising in the creation of new sales channels and the improvement of internal sales processes, Ben focusses on three specific areas of revenue generation; new business acquisition; increased wallet share; and improved client retention.
