Hi, I'm Sophie Banks.

I work in the Higher Education sector. Currently, I am the Education and Representation Coordinator for the University of South Wales Students' Union. I have four years experience of student voice and student engagement.

I am a PhD student at Lancaster University, on their Doctoral Programme in Educational Research (HE). My current research focus is gender bias in Student-Led Teaching Awards.
