Barclay Grayson supplements his position as a senior vice president with Portland, Oregon’s BPM Real Estate Group by attending multiple annual networking events. In the past year alone, Barclay Grayson of Portland has attended Polo Noir, the Lodging Conference, the Meet the Money Conference, and the Radisson Conference, among others.
Mr. Grayson’s role with BPM involves overseeing financing and divestiture activity in addition to managing its portfolio of multi-family housing, senior living facilities, hotel and office space, and retail properties. Since he joined the company in 2003, it has closed the sale of several assisted living properties to place greater emphasis on its development and investment activity regarding office buildings and hotels. Some of BPM’s commercial developments include the 230,000-square-foot Pearl West office building and the 19-story Broadway Tower, which includes 184,000 square feet of office space and a 180-room hotel.
A Parker Bounds Johnson Foundation supporter, Mr. Grayson is a former Sorensen Man of the Year in recognition of his academic achievement and campus involvement at the University of Oregon, where he earned a BS in management and marketing.
