A veteran banking and real estate investment professional, Ben Willingham, III has served as CEO of Nashville, Tennessee-based AmCorp Realty Corporation since founding the company in 2002. He leads the firm in the acquisition, development, management, and leasing of exclusive real estate in several cities across seven states. Under his direction, AmCorp has expanded its portfolio every year by one to five new properties, including net-leased retail, office buildings, apartment complexes and shopping centers. Focused on distinctive properties, Ben Willingham and AmCorp have won multiple architectural and beautification awards and completed such projects as the conversion of the Nashville Federal Reserve Bank into upscale apartments.

Early in his career, Ben Willingham worked as a bank officer in the collection and special assets division of a local Nashville bank. He subsequently established the real estate brokerage and investment firm Third Federal Investment Group, Inc. With Third Federal, Mr. Willingham leveraged the earnings from the purchase, remodeling, and resale of residential homes to assemble a portfolio of commercial real estate comprising hotels, retail centers, and mid- to high-rise office buildings.

Having grown up in Zurich, Switzerland, Ben Willingham, III studied banking and finance at Zurich Business School before returning to his native Nashville and attending Belmont University. He enjoys traveling and has visited the majority of countries in South and Central America, as well as toured throughout Europe, Canada, and the United States.
