Howdy!

I'm Adam. Thanks for stopping by.

I'm working on Betchyu (www.betchyu.com). Betchyu is a mobile app that turns the self-improvement process into a social experience. Betchyu harnesses one of the oldest tricks in the book, the double-dog-dare. Our app lets you set wellness goals and invite your friends to bet against you for gift cards and other prizes. This competitive dynamic increases accountability, engagement, and makes the entire goal setting process more enjoyable.

Beginning a startup is a new adventure for me, so any input our process or product is highly appreciated!

About me:

I was born and raised in Israel. I moved to Cleveland when I was 16 years old to take care of Granny Wish. She was a real sweetheart.

I finished up high school and went to Cornell University for my bachelors. While I was in Ithaca, I lived in a goofy cooperative community called 660. I learned a lot, I played a lot, and I grew a lot.

After I finished up school, I was thirsty for adventure. I bounced around a lot in the years that followed. I hitch hiked in California, I played music in the streets, I hiked in the Sierra Nevada Range, and I moved back to Israel to start a community garden.

After a year in Israel, I thought it would be a good idea to go back to school and do a Master’s Degree. I went to Cambridge University.

After finishing up school for good, I came back to Cleveland to begin Betchyu. Working on this project has been incredible. I'm all about learning new skills and being exposed to previously unknown environments. I love a good challenge.
