A partner with the Cincinnati law firm of Keating Muething & Klekamp, Bethany Palmer Recht represents clients in a range of settlement trusts and qualified settlement funds, providing relevant legal advice in areas that range from insurance coverage and Medicare compliance to general claims administration and fund administration. In addition to serving Keating Muething & Klekamp clients directly, Bethany Palmer Recht sits on the firm’s associates committee and chairs its diversity committee. She has also presented multiple continuing legal education programs for the firm.
Before joining Keating Muething & Klekamp in 2010, Ms. Recht served three years as an associate attorney with DLA Piper in Los Angeles and two years as an associate attorney with Weil Gotshal & Mange in Boston. She holds a juris doctor from the Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago, where she volunteered as an alumni interviewer and was a member of International Team Project Chile.
