Wilbur M. Zevely

I am a Criminal Defense lawyer and a partner at Busald Funk Zevely, PSC, a law firm located in Florence Kentucky.

I received my B.S. degree in Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati in 1968 with a minor in math. My J.D. is from Salmon P. Chase School of Law in 1972. Prior to entering the practice of law, I worked as a chemist for Monsanto Co., under contract with the United States Atomic Energy Commission. Currently, I am a member of the Kentucky Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, KACDL, NACDL, and am admitted to practice in the Federal Court for the Southern District of Ohio and the Eastern District of Kentucky.

My practice area includes a range of criminal defense cases such as domestic violence, drug offenses, DUI, traffic charges, disorderly conduct, and theft.
