Bianca Sultana

Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States

Among my earliest memories, I am flying high above the ice or mid plié at the barre. As a competitive figure skater and dancer with School of American Ballet a division of The New York City Ballet Company, I learned discipline and dedication to my craft. As a child and through my adolescence, I loved the thrill I got from skating a clean program at The Empire State Games and the feeling of the spotlight at Lincoln Center during a performance of Harlequinade. But the light went out and the ice may have well melted when I left for Wesleyan University in pursuit of education.

Over one decade and several career changes later, I’ve reignited my passion for fitness as a bikini athlete, fitness model and personal trainer. The hours of training takes me back to my youth, and the seconds on stage give me an overwhelming sense of accomplishment. But it’s the everyday in my job as a personal trainer where I have discovered the real enjoyment of life. I am blessed to have the platform through which I am able to empower others by providing them with the tools, knowledge, and wisdom to change.
