Bill Chott is a film and TV actor born in St. Louis, MO. Soon he'll be appearing opposite Lauren Holly in the film Marshall the MIracle Dog.Best known for five seasons as the nerdy "Mr. Lartiate" on Disney's Wizards of Waverly Place and "Thomas" in The Top Ten Farrelly Bros. film The Ringer. He also voices cartoons on Saturday Night Live. He made his comedy debut at St. Louis' Catch a Rising Star comedy club, and then moved to Chicago to study Improv. In Chicago, Bill performed with The Second City, Comedy Sportz and Improv Olympic (now iO).

At The Second City, he toured the country with top talent like Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, and went on to perform on The Dana Carvey Show with top names like Dana Carvey, Steve Carrell, Stephen Colbert, Robert Smigel and Louis CK. In New York, he joined his friends in A.S.S.S.C.A.T at the Upright Citizen's Brigade as they formed what would become one of the top new comedy breeding grounds.

Later in L.A. he rejoined many of his Chicago friends as iO West was formed and performed regularly in The Armando Show. He still appears today at iO, UCB and The Second City in L.A. and performs stand up and magic, working in TV, film and voiceover.
