I'm Bill Reed, a sales manager, business consultant, and team leader from Des Moines, Iowa. I believe success starts with trust, consistent follow-through, and helping customers grow their businesses.

I began my career in 2008 at Alorica, where I led a 14-person customer service team. In 2014, I entered the tire industry with Tire Associates, later joining Eastern Iowa Tire to manage commercial accounts across Iowa, Missouri, and Nebraska.

At Sumitomo Rubber North America, I represented Falken and Dunlop, opened more than 500 dealer accounts, and trained new field specialists. In 2021, I ranked first nationally for new Falken Associate dealer sign-ups. I later brought that experience to U.S. AutoForce, supporting dealers across more than 30 brands.

I earned my degree in general studies at South Dakota State University, where I served as an orientation leader and student senator. My family taught me to work hard, treat people well, and support others.

Outside work, I enjoy traveling, automobiles, staying active, and cheering for the Detroit Lions and Iowa Hawkeyes. I've also volunteered with the Salvation Army and the Iowa Humane Society. Whether I'm helping a customer or training a teammate, I want to make a positive difference through my work.
