I am, and always have been passionate about travel; picking up, packing up and not knowing what the next day will bring, who I'll meet and which new dish will be the one to push my digestive system over the edge.

In my 20's I managed to travel to 30 different countries over 4 different continents, not bad going! For the past 6 years I've been travelling on and off across the globe, most recently across South America with my sister. Now the next escapade is about to unfurl as I set off into the big blue in search of my next adventure!
