I am one of the fortunate ones whose career is more like play. I love what I do, so it's really not like work. It's more like I'm a kid again and I get to play with legos all day in my office.

I am a visual-thinker, which lends itself well to both aspects of my career. Firstly, I make Wordpress websites. Not just blogs. I get to make entire digital footprints for organizations that allow them to communicate with an audience. A day customizing a Wordpress theme, or writing a new custom content site is a day well spent. CSS is a magical, delightful thing.

I also love data. I love information, but moreso I love the way information flows throughout systems, and through processes. From person to person, it can be a burden, or it can be effortless. So I also make databases. I take vast amounts of information from a system, and build a system to analyze it and turn it into something new, and really cool. There's nothing better than hearing that I've made someone's job easier.
