After graduating from Business Law, I’ve reshaped my professional orientation in the direction of strategic development, strategic marketing, and international management.

The first career steps I’ve made as an intern in luxury marina development Porto Montenegro, and afterward I’ve been working for international investors, investment, immigration, and business advisory firms from all over the world. (among which 1040 Abroad, Riana Group, Romy Hawatt, Eurofast Global, etc). During my career I had an opportunity to speak at global investment conferences from Moscow to India, and some of my articles and contributions were published in reputable international media (mostly covering topics of investment, immigration and destination promotion business).

Currently, I am acting as Managing Director of Rufil Consulting’s office in Montenegro – an international investment and business advisory firm with offices in Germany, Russia, and Montenegro. Moreover, I’ve stepped into the entrepreneurship journey back in 2016 when I’ve founded the online destination community Lifestyle Montenegro and later in 2018 firm specializing in strategic marketing and destination promotion – Lifestyle Group.

To share my expertise and experience, I enjoy writing good pieces of content (articles) and holding educational and mentoring workshops and sessions.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and dog, traveling around the world, writing, and photographing.
