BookScout

BookScout is a Facebook community for book lovers! With BookScout, you're able to save, share, discover and buy your favorite books all within the Facebook universe. It's built around a Netflix-style set of recommendations, feeding you books on three different planes of interest: books based on your Facebook "Likes," books buzzing in both BookScout and the book world at large, and books by a range of genres. You can search for, then organize, your favorite books on your own bookshelf, as well as view your friends' shelves and their book-related activities. Because all of this happens in Facebook, BookScout leverages comments, sharing and "Liking," broadcasting everything back to your newsfeed for all friends – not just BookScout users – to see.
