This is my favorite photo taken during a 4-month thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail.

It reflects a lot of what I enjoy in life: adventure, the outdoors, challenge, growth, spirituality, which ultimately means that tremendous feeling of being ALIVE in this moment.

I'm passionate about seeking, specifically thru listening to our body's interaction with the world (embodiment).

Decades of of seeking can sometimes feel like starting all over… again and again and again. And yet, I've learned to do this with softness every since my my mid-life opportunity (let's rebrand crisis!).

My opportunity shifted me from running a successful business to moving into the space of a guide, a breathwork coach, someone who holds space for others to connect with their depth, their needs, and what they want to create.

If I'm successful at that, it's because I've felt the pain of not listening, and the stretch of growing time & time again. As Ram Dass says “we're all just walking each other home”.
