In addition to brokerage, Brad is an attorney at the Law Office of Martin Horwitz, located in Beverly Hills. His practice centers on real estate, engaging in both litigation and transactional work. He represents developers, syndicators, investors, and funds in a wide range of matters including acquisitions, dispositions, syndications, fund formations, development, leasing, financing, and foreclosures. His clients range from individual investors, corporations, and institutions across all asset classes of real estate, including residential, multi-family, retail, office, industrial, and hospitality.
