The former head of the New York offices of The Mergis Group, one of the world’s largest staffing firms, Bradshaw Santoro handled business development, talent acquisition, internal hiring, and project delivery for more than four years. In recognition of his achievement with The Mergis Group, Bradshaw Santoro was named a Performance Forum Winner in both 2009 and 2010.

Subsequently, Mr. Santoro spent four years as vice president of Robert Half International, in which role he built the firm’s financial services business from the ground up and completely restructured the firm’s consulting division. During his time with Robert Hall, he grew annual run rates to more than $4 million in less than a year. Currently, Bradshaw Santoro acts as managing director for Syntagma Group, where he assists financial services institutions in the United States and abroad in obtaining technical consultants. He holds a bachelor of arts in economics from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.
