Brandy White Elk

Over the last 12 years, accomplished broker Brandy White Elk has dedicated herself to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. She currently heads Innovative Real Estate Strategies (IRES) as founder and broker, guiding clients through a variety of transactions, including short sales, luxury estates, and property management. A pioneer in the Las Vegas short sales sector, Brandy White Elk shares her expertise with area realtors and homeowners and has trained more than 8000 real estate agents. She remains current in her field by maintaining memberships with the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing, the Women’s Counselor of Realtors, and the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR).

Brandy White Elk has earned a number of professional accolades during her career, including the GLVAR Top 40 Under 40 award and the First American Title’s 2013 Top Agent honor. The Women’s Council of Realtors also named her one of the Top 25 Women in Real Estate. In 2014, IRES was recognized by the National Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce as a certified LGBT business.

A community-minded individual, Ms. White Elk holds biannual client appreciation events, during which she and her team organize food drives and Toys for Tots collections. She has also raised money for U.S.VETS to help homeless veterans and has participated in Aid for AIDS of Nevada (AFAN) fundraising walks.
