Brent Baiotto

Based in Dallas Texas, Brent Baiotto is a financial services professional who presently works for Integrated Holistic Services (IHS) in the development and implementation of consulting solutions. One recent project Brent Baiotto has guided centered on Cloudvirga, an SaaS enterprise, and involved setting in place the ARIVE program as a way of consolidating and unifying wholesale mortgage functions.

Experienced in technology transformation, Mr. Baiotto has also held leadership responsibilities with Freedom Mortgage in New Jersey and created and led a number of divisions that positioned the expanding company for sustained growth. Achievements included the build out and implementation of a next-generation Corporate Governance function, the EPMO and he also spearheaded a Call Center PMO initiative designed to delivered change on-time and within budget.

From 2009 to 2015, Mr. Baiotto served as executive vice president with Union Bank in Monterrey Park, CA and held several positions of evolving responsibility. Hired in order to guide a groundbreaking technology transformation process, Brent Baiotto next directed a number of M&A transactions and built out the Business Transformation Group in efforts to enable rapid corporate expansion.
